How to use:

① Wash your face with your normal cleansing products, dry your face completely with a towel.

② Apply any night creams to your face and neck. Use upward motions to move the Jade roller gently over your forehead, cheeks, around the lip area and your neck. 

③ Massage once a day and 3 times a week, for 10-15 minutes.

④ If you wish for it to be cool or cold, you can put into in the refrigerator, or the  freezer, this can help to shrink pores.
